Module: Genotypes (trpgeno_genotypes)

Tripal 3 code:

A plugin to handle materialized views for the genotype_call table.

There should be a base plugin infrastructure and an implementation for the genotype matrix. There should also be an interface that handles sync'ing the mviews and lets the admin choose which plugin implementation they want to use. All implementations should be swappable.
