Describe

We now test on Drupal 10.2 and PHP 8.3; however, tests are failing for this module on these versions. We want to update our module to fully support these versions.

PHP 8.3 was released Nov. 23
https://www.php.net/releases/8.3/en.php
Drupal 10.2 was released Dec. 15
https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/releases/10.2.0

Design

This likely needs the same fixes as TripalCultivate/TripalCultivate-Germplasm#17
