We are facing a lot of idle disk I/O, see #8272. Therefore, we should cut down on all features that contribute to this.

The information gathered by the KnowledgeCommunity is no longer used in the GUI. Furthermore, this community is no longer on our roadmap. Therefore, it is now a candidate for deletion.
