Where's Cargo.toml? Can't compile the project

I know, I know,

I've "deprecated/abandoned" Rust projects a while ago in favor of the development speed of Python and that the Rust Project manager became too powerful I was writing in Python (current "Broken" library package in the monorepo)

Eventually I'll re-add Rust support on the long term, and have back the Cargo.toml of all projects as sub-binaries
