KP integration of JSON test edge data for their resources i.e. registration of an info.x-trapi.test_data_location property in the Translator SmartAPI Registry, pointing to a valid "One Hop" KP test edge data.

Steps:

  • KP's are encouraged to simply publish (in a suitable Github repository dereferenced by the info.x-trapi.test_data_location property in their Translator SmartAPI Registry entry) an initial basic "one hop testing" test data set with at least a few test data edges that can be consumed for validation testing, with results visible on the SRI Testing Web Dashboard. The initial test edges can be plain edge data compliant with the Biolink Model release 2.4.8 or earlier.
  • In a subsequent iteration of test data, KP test data sets can be updated and extended to validate compliance of the KP with the Biolink Model release 3.0.2 or later. Note that the KP JSON standards and SRI Testing harness support for Biolink Model 3.0 qualifier data testing is currently (as of October 4th, 2022) still under active development. This issue will be updated (in a short while?) as the initial release of those standards and code support are finalized.
