Update NameLookup Jupyter Notebook and write some Translator-specific documentation

The Jupyter Notebook is at https://github.com/TranslatorSRI/NameResolution/blob/master/documentation/NameResolution.ipynb is out of date and should be updated.

It would also be useful to have Translator-specific documentation that tells Translator users what to do if a name lookup search is incorrectly, how to use reverse-lookup (and when to use NodeNorm instead), and tips on improving performance.
