I have gone fly a few times and once the plane is above some urban areas, the osd restart infinitely. Can someone help me with the problem?

Maybe next time cause I did not record it. As far as I know is like whenever close to some cell tower, the osd just restart: the osd info disappear and sometimes the video signal also reloads. I guess whether it has to do with power supply. I connect the given connector directly to pixhawk UART port the 5v power is from this. Not sure if this can cause the power supply not stable. If so, how can I refine it?

When PlayUAV has a serious problem, it is more likely to crash totally than restart. So it does sound more like a power issue to me.

You could try hooking up a 5 volt UBEC directly to the battery, and powering the PlayUAV directly from that. Here's just one example; I've used a number of these. They're cheap and decent quality in my experience:

Loose connections have been the cause of many mysterious problems for me, so that's always worth a serious look too.
