shady code

What? Citation please. Cromite uses AdBlock Plus, it doesn't use the impostor uBlock.

okay thanks for the heads up. tbh not sure if ABP is better, but my point was parroted from an unreliable source then

I personally don't care for ABP compared to uBlock Origin (the gold standard), but it isn't inherently malicious or anything.

a GrapheneOS person told me that it was the company behind uBlock, that does shady things and has bad code practices or something. But 1. I dont remember the exact phrasing and 2. I have no proof for that.

I will only use Mulch, Vanadium, Mull or Torbrowser :D

Sorry for my late reply and thanks for the input @SkewedZeppelin :

  • Thorium can stay (last update 22.08)
  • Kiwi will be categorized as end-of-life.
  • Bromite will be removed because the latest version is almost 2 years old and one developer moved to Cromite.

"Person told me". Interesting argument.
