External download manager support

I live in an area with poor internet stability and speed and often the download speed with ffupdater is lower than IDM, ADM or Download Navi (FOSS).

It also get download errors and also the queue option in download managers are handy for those with very low internet speed like me.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please add an option that we enable it in settings and ffupdater try to pass download link to external download managers (like how there is exactly same option in Firefox for Android)

No, they are third-party apps.

They're not part of Android and are apps that user can install, like desktop.
