Is there any method to change BFM without neck to FLAME

Since I use the 3DDFA_V2 to predict BFM model without neck area, how can i change it to FLAME model. BFM model without neck part only has 35709 points.

Hey, did anyone get this to work? I'm looking to convert the mesh from 3DDFA-V3, which appears to be the same as the one from V2.
