support for external channels

hey guys
so is there a way to develop Integrations with external channels like facebook messanger and whatsapp allowing tiledesk to act like an omnichannel desk

and one more question, i noticed in the setup docs that it depends on chat21 and firebase, is there a way to replicate that for a true on prem setup?

Hi Ahmad. Yes it's possible to develop integration with Facebook and Whatsapp. A couple of tutorial will come in the next days.

Firebase will be removed in the next version, replaced by a RabbitMQ+ MQTT implementation that will increase performance and will allow real on-prem installation.
