Probes: Launching probes with the same name doesn't allow management of new probes of same name

Describe the bug

When multiple probes of the same name are launched. The new probes don't show up.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Probe Building
2. Launch a bunch of probes named "Defense"
3. Open Probe control.
4. See error

Expected behavior

Probes with the same name should be able to be launched and managed.
