Lizardfolk muzzle is missing it's player sprite. #97

In my version of the game lizardfolk muzzle doesn't show on the player sprite, but reptilian muzzle does.

Also in the same version the shotgun sprite when wielded is the same as when dropped.

It's only for Ithaca M37 model though.

This will be fixed once we decompose mod tilesets and start updating them again, thanks for the report.
