Add more build performance indicators #361
Description
We should add more logs that give an indication of the build performance.
That will give some feedback to the user on how well their build is configured, but also help us to determine the best defaults.
Some things to consider:
- Timing for
wasm-bindgenexecution - Total command timing
- Binary size
