@id0d1a I have to download wget and say sh fanauto.sh and repeat every time the server is turned off and on. How can I automate this in the system? i use esxi 6.7 |
Sorry for the late response take a look at https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2043564 might be usefull, don't use EXSI myself but that should work |
Hello @That-Guy-Jack @id0d1a Is there a way of doing this by installing the script directly on the shell of the EXSI? Ive been running into the same kind of issues @ertandk is experiencing as i cant action wget commands etc Any help would be appreciated as im not that familiar with EXSI/Linux commands and ive got a loud server which i had to switch off . Thanks! |
To put it into perspective i have a DL360e Gen8 with ILO4 and ive tried multiple weekends to run the script with no success |
