Get layout size

Hi all,

I have a simple layout with a split (attached image for illustration). I am trying to get the height and width of each of the layout. I see that those information are already recorded when I print out the layout without any containing panels (the dummy title in the layout). But I can't seem to find the variable/function/property from where I can retrieve those values. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!
