[RichHandler] Enable show_name, similar to show_path, which provides package.module, instead of only module

I'm looking into adding RichHandler to improve the logs during debugging. But the show_path only shows the module name.

As I have many modules inside many packages, it would make it easier to debug if the package name was shown as well.

For example, where does module_x come from? But package_y.module_x tells me straight away.

I think I'm capable of coding this change for rich. Let me know if this is desired.
