Building old terria v7 tip

It's not fashionable but it's who I am right now.

The changes in GitHub authentication had rendered the terriajs7 branch useless to me as the npm install would fail due to authentication problems.

For reference I was able to do the below and then the npm install worked fine.

git config --global url."https://".insteadOf git://
