编辑过程中，给预览区域设置原生的滚动 api，左侧编辑区域不会跟着同步滚动

是否可提供一个根据传入高度，滚动到指定位置的 api，或者兼容原生滚动 api

另外，cherry.previewer.scrollToId 或者新提供的滚动 api ，希望可以支持传入参数控制关闭滚动动画
