背景：
我们企业也做一套全自动的代码扫描工程，由于应用以及设计的语言众多，无法一一为其单独创建对应的分析方案，这里我们需要根据创建好的分析方案模板通过程序调用api的方式为代码库创建其对应的分析方案。

麻烦尽快加一下哈，蟹蟹！
