Signaling Server
1.1 The protocol can be implemented in Python or Java.
However, to achieve cross-platform compatibility, it is best to implement it in C++. This ensures it works on mobile devices and different PC platforms as well.

1.2 Browsers are essentially large collections of libraries, almost like operating systems themselves.

1.3 For a signaling server, you can use the standard protocol and just exclude the module parts you don't need.

1.4 gRPC (Google Remote Procedure Call) allows functions on one computer to be executed as if they were local to another computer.
1.4.1 RPC is language-independent.
1.4.2 While web browsers do not currently support it, they are expected to support it soon (similar to WebSocket support).
1.4.2.1 Major browsers support HTTP/2, but they do not yet support all the specific HTTP/2 features required by gRPC.
