Audit Requests Get Stuck Because of Book Color

What Happens:

1. User re-uploads a level in fix status
2. Discussion channel is created in the level-audit category
3. Second user adds another judgement vote in #pending-shellbot or #shellder-shellbot
4. Because of the new vote, the book color is updated on the discussion channel to reflect the level being 'ready to approve'
5. !fixapprove no longer works because the channel image that is used to identify type of request no longer exists

Manual Fix:
Move the offending channel to the level-discussion category and !judge with updated votes
