A way to unregister or deactivate an account #124

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some people, for whatever reason, might want to remove or deactivate their TeamShell/other team accounts. Perhaps they tried out the team and don't think it's worth their time, or they want to take a break but can't do so with the account sitting there open all the time.
Describe the solution you'd like
A chat command like !unregister to set a flag that hides your account from the website and disable all other commands linked to your Discord account. You could keep the data around for their Discord ID in the database in case they ever want to reactivate the account.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternative would be to leave the account behind and do nothing.
Additional context
This might not be possible for people who've submitted levels, since there needs to be a name associated with those levels. But keeping clears anonymous for deactivated accounts shouldn't be a problem.
