When I play video in full screen on newpipe on my tv, some video controls lags or sometimes it lags even though my TV is good. Also, it has some bugs in it. Also, Thankyou for this app, it is phenomenal on Android like a charm. |

Remember android TV is slightly different then Android on your phone. Many televisions from 2000's have powerful GPU and other tid-bits that enables usage of later apps. However some are cookie-cutter built, like the later Amazon-TV which are literally the fire-stick with special settings. I really do wish Newpipe team could port to "Andrioid 1" because most Android-TV are limited to that release and will not take anything above the specific number. I am talking about high-quality built computing TV's. Not the flimsily plastic ones. |
