Option to disable the icons?

I would like to see a checkbox that allows turning off the icons. I feel like it can clutter up the page a bit, since it already has the STR, DEX, etc titles above the numbers.

I did successfully remove the icons on my own, but the numbers aren't centered and I suck at CSS. It would also be awesome to be able to collapse and expand the Controls, but that might be more work than it's worth.

Love this script though, not sure how DDB hasn't implemented something like this already.
