Test suite errors

Hi,
I intend to update the Debian package of snakecase but there are some test suite issues which you can see in the CI log. Could you please give any advise whether the method to run the test as we do with this script needs to be fixed or whether there is some other problem.

Hi Andreas, I am not sure. However, CRAN tests are using LC_CTYPE=C.UTF-8 instead of LC_ALL=C.UTF-8. Does this change the results.

I've tested LC_CTYPE=C.UTF-8 locally but do not observed any change. Kind regards, Andreas.
