This is a "big picture" task to put together some closely-related tasks re. the BIP models mentioned in the issue title.

  • remove Primers table from the view (but neither from the DB model nor from the API)
  • add new Restriction Enzymes table
  • link MarkerAssays table records with related REs
  • instead linking MAs with Primers, put Primer.sequence values directly inside MA table
  • remove Probes link from MA table.

Other minor tasts related to the MA table are inside #639.
