Move PlantPart relation from PSU to TD #507

As decided in #416 please:

add plant_parts relation to trait_descriptors table
populate it with the plant part that is referenced by PSUs related to a given TraitDescriptor (should be consistent, all PSUs of a TD should have the same plant part); sometimes its nil or strange values (see Provide curated Plant Ontology document to be imported to BIP #412); you get related PSUs through the TraitScores model
remove the PSU plant_part relation when done.
