Allow filtering based on schemas properties

The List endpoint for schemas should be updated to take query parameters for author, name, description and others. It may be useful to also filter on created time (e.g. show me the x most recent schemas).

Having more complex query functionality may also be useful, such as being able to do partial-match queries like "show me all schemas that have email in them."
