[glitch] Bases Loaded 3's ending graphics are glitched. #743

Describe the bug
The graphics during the ending are glitched out.

To Reproduce
Beat the game or load the save state.
Bases Loaded 3 (USA).zip

(please complete the following information):

  • OS and Version: Win10 64bit
  • FCEUX 2.6.6 non QT

Additional context
I'm using a no-intro rom. I tested the ending with Messen and it looked fine.

According to Messen, it uses MMC3 (4).

As for the header, sorry, but I don't know how to check that. There are some hex numbers in the bottom, I don't know if that's the header.

tried... appears to be not mapper related but some accuracy issue. it affects both normal ppu and new ppu. its sadly out of my league.
