2.0.79版本安装后无法创建计划任务，打开rrmanager提示需要管理员密码用于创建计划任务，输入后提示创建成功，但实际上在系统设置的计划任务里没有相关的任务，重启rrmanager后依然提示要创建，但一样无法成功
