Cannot start running cond-test without re-running corrpower

KINC-nf attempts to run corr-power again if given a matrix which has already had corr-power ran on it. I suspect that this is because the extensions are the same.

# Before corrpower:
GEM.GEM.TPM_clean.cmx
GEM.GEM.TPM_clean.emx

# After corrpower
GEM.GEM.TPM_clean.paf.ccm
GEM.GEM.TPM_clean.paf.cmx

If either of the above pairs are passed to KINC-nf, KINC-nf will attempt to run corrpower.

Request: Need a way to specify that corrpower has already been run.
