members which are Firma/Verein/Stiftung shouldnt have any Tapir konto (tapir konto is for shift management)
BUT should be able to have a list of co-shoppers.
Change the Welcome desk message for them => with the list of shoppers.

what to do with the existing Firma? #1731
advantage to have a tapir konto => access to Wiki
