In the recent LSM changes (#9), we have no choice but to include all of the cosmos proto despite using a small portion of it.

This is because cosmjs-types does not include any of the LSM types, and won't be including until LSM (v45) is upstreamed to v47.

Alternatively, we could probably go for a trial and error and figure if we could trim down the bundle because it's pretty huge as is.

Heads-up: cosmjs-types 0.9.0 still does not have these (and for a good reason)
