Roadmap

Implementation of an online microbiome data analysis
The online microbiome data analysis will teach how to perform a microbiome data analysis in a fun and interactive way. The game will have different levels. First, the biology background, the platform, and data analysis are introduced. Then the first data analysis will be performed. And finally, novel microbiome data analysis can be performed. The game will teach gamers how to perform and improve a data analysis pipeline. And scientists can get their data analyzed and improved by citizens.

What do we need to do?

This issue is our roadmap. It's a place to start to investigate the myriad of issues that you can contribute to.
