Make HTML Construction Dynamic #90
Description
Currently, the HTML pages are completely hard coded - this includes App URLs, copyright dates, etc.
It would be nice to put a mechanism in place to allow constructing the pages from more dynamic or externally-configured values - this would allow automated update of copyright year, insertion of appropriate links, and even adding the App version to the footer or similar
