Run Workflow - Opening Existing Workflow

When I open an existing workflow from st2web it shows as unsaved. No amount of "clicking save" will cause it to register as saved, thus I can never run it. There's some additional weirdness around saving and getting out of sync. Have not tracked down exact replication steps. Will append to this issue or create a new one once I have.

That's especially weird since I made sure to unset the dirty flag in the reducer on LOAD_WORKFLOW success. I wonder if there's a swallowed error somewhere.
