A player has disconnected because network time out but cant rejoin again

The bug

As the title says.
A player has been disconnected from the server due to a network error causing a timeout.
His client and server callback You are already logged in to this server. When he try to log in to this server again.
Then he ask the server administrator for help, the server administrator try to ban and kick this player.
Cant found this player. When the server administrator do kick command and the server administrator do find command in bungeecord to try confirm this player is in the server.The answer is Player xxx is online at yyyy,but when he enter the server yyyy,not found him.
The server day online is big, so restarting the server is impossible.

• I am using BungeeCord and not a fork. Issues with forks should not be reported here.
• I think this is not an issue with a bungeecord plugin.
