Help me figure out what and where to run and install, if I have WireGuard configured on the router, python on a virtual machine on the network, and the games I want to play with friends are launched on the gaming PC on the same network where the Python server is spinning

What does iface (the host that broadcasts the data packet) mean is the interface where the python server is running?
server_ip and server_port is the ip and port of the python server or the PC where the game is launched and the local server for the game is raised?

Can I run Subscriber.py on another PC on the network that is not the one running the game and how will the setup work in this case and do I need to run Publisher.py on the PC where the game is running?
