i just downloaded soundnode and when i open it i only get a white blank window and a different one which says "authenticating your soundcloud account".

Yep, I have the same problem on mac OS:

This is a duplicate of #1159, #1156, #1154, #1150 .... people don't search for existing issues ... #1150 is the right to follow up.
