after transition period, gifts should not be matched anymore #1
Description
when posting a gift for a recipient that does not have a valid commitment anymore, we get a message.
It would be good to get a messagebox with people that still receive money but have left the organisation.
Such gifts should not be matched anymore, to force manual processing
