Suggestion to use @eaby/nice-modal-react for managing modals in a more generic and extendable way instead of the current use-modal hook

I wanted to share a suggestion regarding the current approach we're using for managing modals. I believe that the modal hook we're using currently has a limitation in terms of extensibility.

To address this issue, I would like to propose using the @eaby/nice-modal-react tool instead. This tool is specifically designed to manage modals in a more generic and extendable way. It is also highly customizable and can be easily adapted to meet our needs.

I believe that this tool will not only improve the current modal management approach but also make it more suitable for future development.
