Missing support for more then 3 channels. #8

The lib is missing support for setting channels bands and duty cycle.
(The default duty cycle is lower than permitted in the EU).

Without this it will only use 3 channels.

I have extended the lib with these features here: https://github.com/kgbvax/kanaltemp/tree/develop/src

Since it seems you are not doing anything with PRs I wont create one.
