Hello @unisys-abickerton,
Please check #511 (comment) , there is a repository that needs to be added to Maven's settings.xml file:

<settings xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/SETTINGS/1.0.0"
    xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
    xsi:schemaLocation="http://maven.apache.org/SETTINGS/1.0.0
              http://maven.apache.org/xsd/settings-1.0.0.xsd">
    <interactiveMode/>
    <usePluginRegistry/>
    <offline/>
    <pluginGroups/>
    <mirrors>
         <mirror>
              <id>nexus</id>
              <mirrorOf>*</mirrorOf>
			  <url>https://rapi.tools.ops.smartbear.io/nexus/content/groups/public</url>
        </mirror>
    </mirrors>
    <proxies/>
</settings>

I added the above as a repositotry in the pom and it built as expected. I'm not changing my global settings file for one project.
