Trackers still usable after resetting server config #1231

Currently when a user resets their server config (or everything) via the Advanced category, the trackers stay connected and usable until a restart - should be disconnected & removed from GUI (currently no code for that).
Ability to remove the trackers from the GUI could be used when the user "forgets" a tracker as well.
