Add Parametric Variable

For the RSM work, there needs to be a parametric variable - i.e. a variable that always samples all possible discrete values. A standard naming convention should be developed. That naming convention can then be used by users to create custom objective functions to compile the tallies from all of the parametric runs for each design.
