Indexing of Fission Transfer Cross-section #145
Description
Fission transfer cross-section is indexed by (group_in, group), but should be indexed the same as scattering, (group, group_in). The order of the scattering cross-section is determined by putting up-scattering in the upper triangular portion, and so other cross-sections should have the same indexing.
