In /manage, having selected a section, the Participants panel on the far-right has buttons to sort by First and Last name. Clicking them causes up/down arrows to appear on the buttons themselves but list sorting is unchanged. No error messages fired in console. Tested on OS X/chrome 49.0.2623.110.
