Volume Slider Initial State

As a user, when I use the volume slider I expect it to match the initial volume level of the player so there are no extreme changes in volume when using the controls.

• When the YouTube embedded player loads, set the volume level to 50 percent in order to match the volume slider's initial state.
• Ensure that there is no jump in volume when:
  • Increasing the volume of the player from its initial state
  • Decreasing the volume of the player from its initial state
