Issues with worker spawns #1

I have been using shuffle for almost 2 years and loved it, but recently (12/5/2024) it no longer functions. I run an onprem version but seeing this issue with even my web version where it cannot auto process workflows. I have rebuilt my onprem version with several versions of shuffle all experiencing the same issue. It will spawn several worker containers to process a job but then it just hangs never completely. If I manually re-run the workflow sometimes it completes but it takes away from this being an automation platform. Did something change or is there a fix out there? I am looking into other solutions currently because I cannot figure out what is going on.
